Tamragarbha Pottali is useful in Kaphapradhan Sannipatik Jwar, Kaphapradhan Kas (cough) and Shwas (breathlessness). Tamra Bhasma is Teekshna, Ushna and does Srotas Shodhan. In extremely vitiated states of Kapha, Tamragarbha Pottali performs Lekhan and proves beneficial.
