It is useful in Shotha developed due to abnormality in these organs. Beneficial in Mootraghata, Mootrakrucchra and Sarvanga Shotha by proper formation and excretion of urine being Mootrajanak.

Shweta Punarnava 12 parts, Bala 12 parts, Patha 12 parts, Vasa 6 parts, Guduchi 6 parts, Chitrakmoola 6 parts, Kantakari Panchang 6 parts, Madhu 32 parts, Guda Q.S., Dhataki 16 parts.

Nagkeshar 1 part, Dalchini 1 part, Ela 1 part, Maricha 1 part, Netravala 1 part, Tamalpatra 1 part.
