Pathya i.e. Haritaki as one of the ingredients, Pathyadi Kadha is well known for treating Shirahshoola (headache). It contains Bhoonimba, Nimba, Haridra, Triphala etc. which are effective in reducing Rakta Dushti, which is an important reason for Shiroroga. It is useful in various types of Shiroroga like Pittaj Shirahshoola, Ardhavabhedak, Shankhak etc. It is effective in various Urdhwajatrugat Vikar like Netraroga, Karnanada etc.
Each 10 ml contains extract derived from Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) Fr. P., Bibhitaka (Terminalia belerica) Fr. P., Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) Fr. P., Kiratatikta (Swertia chirata) Pl., Haridra (Curcuma longa) Rz., Nimba (Azadirachta indica) St. Bk., Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) St. each 507.0 mg, Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa) Fl. 284.0 mg and Guda q.s., Preservatives used: Sodium benzoate.
Shiroroga, Bhru-Karna-Shankha-Shoola, Ardhavabhedak, Suryavarta, Shankhak, Netrapatal disorders.
