Garbhapal Rasa as the name suggests, properly anchors the foetus and maintains the pregnancy. It overcomes the common complaints of pregnant women throughout nine months of pregnancy. Being Garbhasthapak, Rasayan, Garbhashaya Balya helps in habitual abortions due to weakness of uterine muscles and also female infertility due to other reasons.

Excellent Pittashamak, Dahashamak, Sheetal Bhasma prepared from red coloured stone i.e. Pravala (Coral). It reduces Teekshna, Ushna, Amla qualities of Pitta. It is effective in Raktapitta due to Raktaprasadan, Raktastambhak activity. Nourishes Asthidhatu.
The Abhraka Bhasma (Shatputi/Sahasraputi) are prepared from special quality Abhraka - 'Vajrabhraka' & are more potent than 'Nischandra Abhraka Bhasma'. Abhraka Bhasma is Pranavaha Srotas Balya & Rasayan thus strengthens the Moolasthan - Phuphusa & Hrudaya.

The most potent Pippali Choorna triturated in Pippali Kwath for time period of 64 Prahar i.e. 192 hours approximately. It acts as Rasayan and strengthens Pranavaha Srotas with its Phuphusabalya, Agnideepak, Amapachak and Kaphaghna properties.
