1. Do I have to be registered to purchase any product?
Yes, currently only registered users will be able purchase products through www.sdlindia.com.
2. Is there any minimum order value required?
There is no minimum order value required to shop at our ecommerce store.
3. What shipping charges are applicable on orders?
For each single domestic order of net value less than INR 500, you will be charged additional INR 60 towards shipping charges. For each single domestic order above INR 500 we offer free shipping across India.
4. How will I know that my order has been confirmed?
For prepaid orders, a notification will be sent to your email address along with the order reference
number.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the same will be confirmed through a phone call by our executive
after you have placed the order.
5.What modes of payment are accepted?
As per your convenience you can choose to pay online through various secure and safe payment options offered by our payment partner such as credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, Paytm, Wallets, UPI etc.
You can also choose cash on delivery (COD) option for your order payment. COD payment options are provided by our delivery partners and may not be available for certain delivery pin-codes. You would be updated about availability of COD option as you enter your delivery address during the checkout stage.
6. When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday (except on holidays) during standard business hours 10:00am to 5:00pm (IST). In case of holidays, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
7. How long will it take for the product to reach me?
Estimated delivery time within India is 5-7 days. Though we and our delivery partners will try our best, the delivery time may vary according to your location.
8. How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping partner. Or you may visit Track Order.
