It is specially useful in Akshepakayukta Vatavyadhi such as Pakshaghata, Ardita and Apatantrak. Amarsundari Vati acts as Vatanadishamak due to the Vatashamak ingredients present in it.
Each Tablet contains – Shodhit Parad 1 part, Shodhit Gandhak 1 part, Loha Bhasma 1 part, Shunthi 1 part, Pippali 1 part, Maricha 1 part, Amalaki 1 part, Bibhitaka 1 part, Renuka Beeja 1 part, Pippalimoola 1 part, Chitraka 1 part, Tvak 1 part, Tvakpatra 1 part, Nagakeshar 1 part, Ela 1 part, Shodhit Vatsanabha 1 part, Vidanga 1 part, Akarakarabha 1 part, Musta 1 part, Guda 40 parts

The Bhasma prepared from 'Suvarnamakshik' which has mainly 'Loha' acts as Rasayan, Raktaprasadak, Pittashamak, Stambhak, Balya, Yogavahi. Useful in Amlapitta by reducing Sama, Drava guna of Pitta. Acts as Hrudbalya in symptoms like palpitation, etc.

Vanga Bhasma is well known for its Balya action on Shukra Dhatu, Shukra Sthana; as 'Akhila Mehaghna' i.e. acting on all types of Prameha. It is excellent Vrushya, Medhya, Rasayan. Useful in ejaculatory dysfunction being Shukrastambhak.
